our goal is great communication and clear expectations so all our guests will receive a copy of our polices to sign each time services are booked to be signed before their appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to continue providing the best scheduling options to our guests, we require 24 hrs notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. If cancelling with less than 24 hrs notice, a fee of 25% of total services booked will be sent in an invoice to be paid before any future appointments can be booked.
No SHOW POLICY
If you don’t show up for an appointment you will be considered a ‘NO SHOW” and an invoice for a fee of 50% of the services booked must be paid before any future appointments are made.
Late policy
We try to be accommodating if you are running behind. Please contact us ASAP if you know you will be late. We may need to forgo certain parts of the service, depending on how late you are, with pricing remaining the same for the time reserved. If more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule and would be considered a no show and will be subject to the no show policy charges.
Service adjustments
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your hair. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your services if adjustments need to be made so we can schedule to adjust it free of charge.
*This policy does not cover any situation where you may have changed your mind. Any issues reported after 7 days will not be immediately considered for an adjustment, but will be considered on a case by case basis and subject to another appointment charge. Please keep in mind, realistic hair goals will be discussed during your consultation and sometimes multiple sessions are required to reach your end goals.
Product returns
Very lightly used product that did not work for you may be returned within 10 days for salon retail credit. Please reach out to the salon with any concerns as soon as possible after purchasing the product.
